Our real estate fund have deep resources through a global network of relationships. We source opportunities through our broad network of relationships with companies, developers, real estate private equity firms, entrepreneurs, and financial intermediaries.
(Real Estate) Co-Development refers to the joint development agreement forged by two or more corporate partners.
We can sign an agreement with client to co-develop real estate in the U.S.. Under the terms of agreement, for instance, we can provide resources to co-develop real estate projects with client, including the introduction of third parties interested in working or investing in these resources. In return, we will receive stake in each phase of the project for which it provides these resources.
A project may also involve the acquisition of undeveloped real estate and the construction of mix-used complex containing a hotel and condominiums. There are three participants, namely a developer, a land owner, and equity investor. After accounting for a perferred return to be paid to the landowner and equity investor on their contributed capital, the remaining profits are shared correspondingly among the stakeholders. While searching for high-qualified developer as part of our service, we are open to play a role of joint equity investor either in pre-construction stage, and/or construction stage, and project management.
EB-5 Immigration Program
The EB-5 visa is a way to get your green card and permanent residency through investment. The EB-5 investor visa program enables foreigners who make an investment in a U.S. business to obtain a green card and become lawful permanent residents, and eventual citizens if they prefer, of the United States. The investment can lead to a green card for the investor to permanently live and work in the United States with their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21.
